DIGITAL-WORKSHOP LABOR POLICY ** IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ** 1. Dress Code: Unless otherwise noted, jeans and a Digital-Workshop polo are acceptable load-in attire. If you do not have one, be sure to ask and one will be provided. Show Calls are khakis and a DW polo or button-up. 2. Travel: For local shows (within approx. 50 miles), clock begins at the call time requested. For shows out of area, travel will be paid at "half-time" (for example, an 8 hour travel day will be paid at 4 hours.) 3. Overtime and Authorized Additional Hours: Overtime is based on hours worked after a 40-hour work week. All hours submitted are under subjection of approval based on official call times. If you work past an approved finish time, or decide to reengage hours for any reason that you expect to get paid for, it must be notified and approved BEFOREHAND. 4. Reimbursements: Reimbursements for your living expenses and internal show travel (taxis, etc.), excluding flights (which are paid for by Digital-Workshop) are repaid for up to $50 per day to the employee. Any time that you have been approved to purchase something for an event, please include this information when you log in your hours below (in the "Additional Notes" section) and then email receipts to order@digital-workshop.com. Parking receipts for local shows will be reimbursed through this policy as well. 5. Solicitation of Employment: All employees of Digital-Workshop will NOT engage client or affiliates in any way that would further their own business relationships outside the realm of Digital-Workshop's scope of services provided (except with the expressed knowledge and consent of Erik Bradshaw.) There is no faster way to lose your job. Please fill out the Form below and submit for processing. Each payroll-week is from Monday to Sunday. Please fill out a separate Form for each week, even if a show you work on occurs over two separate payroll periods. FIELDS MARKED WITH AN * ARE REQUIRED |
